Inauguration of the Espace République
The permanent exhibition entitled “Birth and Rebirth of Rue de la République, 1860-2010” was inaugurated on Thursday 9th February 2006 by Jean-Claude Gaudin, Mayor of Marseille. The exhibition is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

74, boulevard des Dames, 13002 Marseille.
No admission charge.
Underground station : Joliette.
By 15th March 2006, the exhibition had already attracted more than 1,500 visitors. |
